Vehicle Bill Of Sale Document Register A Vehicle In Georgia W/o Title?

Register a vehicle in Georgia w/o title? - vehicle bill of sale document

With regard to a motor vehicle in Georgia in 1988 (buy) current residence. The current owner has not been a copy of the title, but a deed (notarized) of the previous owner. I need to know what documents I need to know whether it is possible to register the vehicle in my name, and what documents are required.

Thank you.

  1. If the current owner has clear title to the vehicle, do not buy it. Problem solved. If you have a title, do not know if the owner is, if there is a link to the bank, or stolen. All people who say, "dood taxes have reached, a duplicate" have no idea what they are talking. You can not have only one chance to VIN and get a double title in his name, only the owner can and can not see a double. Say "Yes, I'll buy if you have a clear title for me." leave your number and do not wait breath.
