How can you stay in shape without putting too much pressure on your knees? - canning without a pressure cooker

I broke my ACL and meniscus in both knees, and I of the operation during the winter, but still want to get fit and make some kind of cardiovascular exercise without pressure on the knees low.

  1. Best way to painful joints and fragile as it swims. Put no pressure on your joints, but get the same amount of cardiovascular, swimming, chatting!
